What happened: I ordered my pizzas at *:** pm on Friday September **, ****. I received a text message saying my pizzas would be delivered by *:**. I saved the text message. When it was *:**pm I called them to ask about my delivery status. I told them that my pizzas were almost an hour late. They put me on hold for over ten minutes. I hung up then called back. When I called back, I asked to speak to a manager. Some got on the phone telling me that he was about to call me back to tell me they ran out of dough and that money would be refunded, that was not true at all. When I ordered for my family that was our dinner for the night and I had no other money to order from another place. I even tipped the delivery driver a **% tip which was $**.**. So now my family went hungry because of them. This is ridiculous....and this is why I do not like to order any food from anywhere anymore due to this happening.
What happened: I’ve been waiting over a week for my Pizza Hut rewards to be transferred to my new account because there was a problem with my old account so they had me make a new account but I still haven’t got my rewards transferred. I have called and emailed many times!!!!!

The manager ignored me, corporate told me to go to the local store that ignores me, so I am about to have an attourney and associated press to do a story. Months now I have been trying to get my money back. LIARS, CHEATS, Con artists.
